Q: What is this space named "Garage Sale"?
A: Because when you land here you can "Sell Your Stuff", just as you would in the Real World. In other words, all the Consumer Products that you have purchased and accumulated can be unloaded here. You may even be lucky enough to make a profit.

Q: What Consumer Products can I sell when I land on Garage Sale?
A: Toys, Clothes, and Gear [Blue Tokens].

Q: Do I have to sell my Consumer Products when I land on Garage Sale?
A: No. Selling Your Stuff is optional.

Q: What happens when I land on Garage Sale?
A: When you land on this space you may sell some or all of the Consumer Products [Tokens] you have purchased and accumulated. You may Roll Only Once and Collect 100 x Roll for each Consumer Product you sell.

Q: What happens if I need to sell one or more of my Consumer Products to raise cash for a payment and I am not on Garage Sale?
A: If a condition arises, where you must sell Product(s) to raise cash for a payment and you are not on Garage Sale, try selling to another player and negotiate for the best price. If no other player is willing to buy your Product(s) then you must sell to the Bank at the lowest price and Collect only $100 for each Consumer Product you sell.

Q: What's an example of a player landing on Garage Sale and selling their Consumer Products?
A: Suppose Brigid owns two Consumer Products. Now suppose she Rolls a 7. She likes the price and decides to "Sell All Her Stuff". Brigid collects $1,400 from the Bank [100 x 7 x 2] and she surrenders her Product Tokens.

Q: What's an example of a player selling Consumer Products to another player in order to raise cash for a payment?
A: Suppose Michelle lands on Bulls & Bears and picks a card where she is accused of Insider Trading. She must pay $10,000 for legal expenses. She has only $9,000 in Cash; but she also has several Product Tokens. Michelle negotiates with Amy and sells her two Products for $500. Finally, Michelle has enough Cash and pays the Bank $2,000 for legal expenses.

Q: What's an example of a player selling Consumer Products to the Bank in order to raise cash for a payment?
A: Suppose Michael lands on Bulls & Bears and picks a card where he is injured while mining. He must pay $5,000 for medical expenses. He has only $4,800 in Cash; but he also has several Product Tokens. Michael tries to negotiate with other players but he fails. He has no alternative but to sell two of his Products to the Bank for $200. Finally, Michael has enough Cash and pays the Bank $1,000 for medical expenses.
